For many Utah businesses, fostering belonging in the workplace and in their larger communities is becoming an increasingly important priority. The Center hosted focus groups with employees from different sectors to hear from them about what belonging in the workplace means to them.

The Center, in partnership with the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCU), created this toolkit which features proven best practices for building cultures of belonging not only in the workplace but in the larger community as well.
